We do as much as possible to stay green.

Glass - Recylcled with our refuse collectors

Paper - We're just about to start making paper logs for our wood burner which also reduces out gas consumption.

Food - We buy as much as possible from local suppliers, reducing packaging and haulage miles.

Oil - Our cooking oil is collected and recyled for amongsgt other things bio fuels.

Amble garden - Last year we grew our own salads, tomatoes, peppers, herbs...next year we'll be doing loads more.
